Variable frequency refrigerator
A variable frequency refrigerator is a technology produced by using a single-phase AC motor as the driving motor for the refrigerator compressor, which uses a variable frequency power supply to regulate the refrigeration capacity of the compressor. Compared to fixed frequency refrigerators, variable frequency refrigerators have the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy, low operating noise, and high energy efficiency, and are gradually being accepted by consumers.
By utilizing the Trench Field Stop theory of IGBT technology and adopting high-density device structure design and advanced ultra-thin chip processing technology, a new generation of Trench FS IGBT series products is launched. This series of products significantly reduces device saturation voltage drop and turn off loss by optimizing carrier injection efficiency and carrier distribution, thereby reducing device power consumption and improving system efficiency.
