Robot vacuum cleaner
Intelligent sweeping robots are a new type of floor and carpet cleaning tool designed for modern home environments. They use rechargeable batteries as power sources and combine cleaning and vacuum cleaning functions. The basic architecture of a robotic vacuum cleaner typically includes a central processing unit, power/battery management unit, battery charger, wireless communication module, human-machine interface, sensors, and driver modules (with and without brushes). With the further improvement of market and application requirements, motor drives and lithium battery management are also developing towards high power density, miniaturization, and long continuous working time. Firstly, reliable and efficient power devices are required, and secondly, new packaging shapes are also very important to achieve smaller designs.
The Super Trench MOSFET series products can achieve high-frequency switching (low Rg), low conduction loss (optimal Rdson performance), and low switching loss (excellent switching characteristics), combined with advanced packaging technology, to improve the system efficiency and power density of MOSFET devices in the power conversion process, while ensuring impact resistance during switching in harsh environments, achieving fast, smooth, and efficient power management and motor control.
