Range hood
In recent years, the frequency conversion technology of range hoods has gradually matured. Compared with ordinary AC motor range hoods, the biggest difference of DC motor range hoods is that DC motor range hoods are more energy-efficient, efficient, and have low noise. The total pressure efficiency of DC frequency conversion motor range hoods is 32%, which is much higher than the national standard of 25%, and the year-on-year energy saving is more than 30%. In addition, due to environmental issues in Chinese kitchens, new tests have been put on the motor performance of range hoods. Traditional fixed frequency motors form oil deposits between the stator and rotor, which can cause overheating and greatly reduce their service life. DC variable frequency motor range hoods have better sealing performance. Under the action of the variable frequency controller, it can ensure more accurate voltage and current parameters of the range hood, thereby extending the comprehensive service life of the range hood.
In response to market development, we have launched a new generation of Trench FS IGBT series products, which have the characteristics of reduced saturation voltage, low switching losses, high power density, small switching oscillations, and high parameter consistency, ensuring stable and stable system operation while suppressing vibration and bringing less noise.
